1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from Vexian Pty Ltd, including MedClock devices, monitoring systems, accessories, and subscription services.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day change of mind return period from the date the product is delivered.

To qualify for a change of mind return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original condition
  • All packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
  • The product must not be damaged

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not functioning as expected, please contact us at:

We may request:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the problem
  • The product serial number or order number

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer one of the following remedies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund

Return shipping will be covered by Vexian where required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Major Failures

Under Australian Consumer Law, a product is considered to have a major failure if:

  • The product is unsafe
  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product cannot be used for its intended purpose and cannot be easily fixed
  • The product would not have been purchased if the issue had been known

In the case of a major failure, customers are entitled to choose:

  • A replacement
  • A refund

5. Minor Failures

If a product experiences a minor failure, Vexian may choose to:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product

If the issue cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, a refund or replacement will be offered.

6. Return Process

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Products returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Used products damaged by misuse
  • Products modified or tampered with
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or configuration
  • Subscription services that have already been used

8. Subscription Services

SMS subscription services are non-refundable once activated.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but the service will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Unused portions of a subscription period are not refundable.

9. Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
