How it works

  1. 1

    Set reminder times

Configure scheduled reminders (up to 10 per day).

  2. 2

MedClock alerts at the chosen time

A clear reminder prompts the user to check in.

  3. 3

    Single-press acknowledgement

The user confirms with one button press.

  4. 4

SMS updates sent to a nominated contact

Included support provides SMS notifications to one nominated phone number, helping carers or family members know when reminders have been acknowledged.

MedClock is designed to provide an indication of user responsiveness based on acknowledgement of scheduled reminders.

Overnight wellbeing awareness

MedClock can provide added reassurance by indicating whether the user has responded to their scheduled morning reminder.

If the morning reminder is not acknowledged, an SMS can notify a nominated contact so they can check on the user.

MedClock is not a fall detection system and should not be relied upon for emergency monitoring.

Who it’s for

Seniors living independently
Early-stage dementia support
Families seeking added reassurance
